Love Your Body Workshop + Restorative Yoga
Get in touch with your body through a 1 hour restorative yoga class and engage in discussions on variety of topics that influence body image including social media, societal norms, trauma, and comparisons. Participants will define what body images means for them and identify ways to incorporate healing their relationship to their body into their daily lives.
