Starting with interest

Come learn about different ways of being with your body and food through the support of a therapist-led group. Choose one 8-week section, or all that apply to your goals. Through this series of book club support groups you can expect to explore your relationship with your body, experiment with behavior change, and gain insight about yourself.

Starting with Interest

We designed our introductory class to be welcoming and safe by running it as a series that will gently introduce you to the practice of yoga. This class is slower paced and offers ample verbal instructions and props to guide you through developing familiarity and safe alignment in foundational postures. Come to learn, play, and grow with other new yogis in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.

The decolonization of mental health practices is complex, yet essential to the healing process within ourselves, clients, and our systems. These are processes affecting everyone whether it’s conscious or unconscious. Bringing awareness to our location in colonization can support us in our decolonization journeys.

Get in touch with your body through this 2 hour workshop where you will explore a variety of topics that influence body image followed by a 1 hour restorative yoga class. Leave with improved coping mechanisms and a deeper understanding of the mind\body connection to support you in your journey to love your body. (Investment $100)

Welcome spring with this nourishing and deep restorative yoga practice. Join Gina Fitzpatrick of One Key Yoga as she gently guides you to calm your nervous system, unwind, and come home to yourself.
