This, 8-week, section is for you if this is your first time questioning diet culture and you’re curious about what else is out there. You will learn about the history of our culture’s body standards, the industries that profit off our ensuing self-destruction, and the many myths present in our collective understanding of health. This is also a great fit for health care professionals looking to dismantle unhelpful biases about weight, food, and health rampant in our healthcare system. This group is welcome to all genders, but content does engage with patriarchy and may at times feel most applicable to women.
