Marisa Lewis

“I truly value the relationships I build with my clients and believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool for change.”

Taking the first step in finding a therapist can be overwhelming, but finding someone you feel comfortable with can make all the difference. I aim to work with my clients to create a space that is comfortable, non-judgmental, and safe; while still challenging them to make the changes they are looking for. I truly value the relationships, I build with my clients and have found that the therapeutic relationship itself can be a great tool for change.

With over 7 years experience in private practice I found my areas of specialty include working professionals, adult women, people pleasing, anxiety, depression, and newly emerging therapists. As a level 1 IFS practitioner I guide my clients to understand a deeper level of themselves, answering those "why" questions in order to encourage change through self-compassion. This helps aid in long-term healing and change. I layer this with tangible skill building.

Marisa She continues to supervise and support our clinical team around IFS and substance use/abuse. We have a number of talented therapists with immediate availability. Search “immediate availability” on our therapist page to get started on your healing journey right away, or reach out to ask to be added to Marisa’s wait list.

When making an inquiry, please specify your preferred therapist.
